NEW PORTAL HOME PAGE

I have added a new initial landing page which brings you to the AOC portal.

To get to the forum just click on the Large banner or the 'Home' to the top left of screen.

This lists all new and recent information regard the forum and news events.

I hope you will all catch onto the idea.
PS- the search field on the left is really good!
